Return & Refund Policy - Sandstone Drift

At Sandstone Drift, we're passionate about bringing you unique, retro-styled graphic apparel and accessories. Each item is custom-printed just for you through our production partner, Printify, which allows us to offer a wide range of designs without holding large inventories.

Because each product is custom-made on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

This means that we cannot offer refunds or replacements if:

• You ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
• The item does not fit as expected (please always check our size charts carefully before ordering!).
• You found a similar product elsewhere.

Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is our priority! If your item arrives damaged or is found to be defective, we are here to help.

In the event of a damaged or defective item:

1. Contact Us Immediately: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 30 days of delivery if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
2. Provide Proof: To help us assess the issue quickly, please include your order number and clear photos/videos showing the damage or defect.
3. Printify's Role: As our production partner, Printify handles the printing and shipping. If an item is deemed damaged or defective, Printify will typically offer a replacement or a refund on our behalf.
4. No Need to Return Damaged Goods: In most cases, we will not require you to return the damaged item. Please do not send the item back to us or Printify unless specifically instructed to do so.

Refunds (if applicable for damaged/defective items)

If a refund is approved by Printify, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations

Orders enter production very quickly after they are placed. Therefore, we may not be able to cancel orders once they have been confirmed. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
